The Provider Excellence programme was re-launched and expanded in April 2023. The programme is targeted at adult social care providers (care homes, home care and assisted living) and involves 4 events a year, which are delivered in partnership with Northern Care Alliance Procurement and Market Management Team. System priorities and provider feedback inform the focus area of each event and some of the topics we have covered include nutrition and hydration, medicines management, dementia and delirium, and falls and frailty. The aim of the events is to build capability in adult social care providers and strengthen relationships between all system partners.
