Personalised Care Affiliate

Our Personalised Care Programmes which been accredited by the Personalised Care Institute continue to support health and care professionals to learn and adopt personalised care approaches.

We are looking to increase our faculty of trainers with expertise in shared decision making, self-management support and motivational interviewing, who can support the delivery of these programmes.

As an Aqua Affiliate you can expect opportunities of work to be shared with you in a timely manner including number of days, day rate for work. and delivery approach.

Coach Supervisor

Aqua has been providing executive leadership coaching for many years to our members and customers.

Aqua’s current Executive Coaching Offer is targeted at individuals who:

  • are responsible for developing collaborative or integrated, system
    level working eg. Integrated Care Boards, Integrated Care Systems,
    Place Based working, Provider Collaboratives, OR
  • require a deep understanding of improvement or change management
    approaches eg. HR, Organisational Development, Strategy,
    Transformation, OD
  • are responsible for bringing people together to drive a culture of
    improvement; understanding the need to engage and lead
    improvement approaches.

Aqua currently has 8 coaches qualified or in training, at both level 5 and level 7 Coaching profiles can be accessed here. Group supervision for coaches is being provided internally. We are seeking a supplier to provide individual coaching supervision in order for us to maintain coach wellbeing, demonstrate professional good practice and to develop our own coaching practice.

Aqua is seeking to contract with a leadership coach supervisor that demonstrates extensive leadership coaching experience.

You must be able to provide:

  • Evidence of a recognised coaching qualification and the level of
    coaching experience.
  • An outline of your approach to coaching supervision for individuals
    that responds to their needs, recognising their level of experience.
  • Evidence of your own professional development and supervisory
    arrangements.

Closing date for expressions of interest is close of play 3 February. Informal interviews will be held on the morning of 9 February.

There are currently 8 coaches, you would be required to provide 3 x 1 hour virtual individual supervision sessions per coach per year.

Please supply a proposal describing:

  • Your approach to supervision
  • Your proposed model of supervision
  • A current CV including 2 references
  • A quote exclusive of VAT for 1 year provision.
