Safety & Mortality Programme Lead
This role will provide senior safety leadership and direction across Aqua, providing credible expert patient safety and continuous improvement leadership for a team to develop and deliver safety programmes and workstreams for Aqua.
In collaboration with national safety programme leads, regional partners and stakeholders, you will be responsible for positively influencing quality and safety outcomes for health and social care.

The primary role of the Administration Officer is to provide high quality administration support to Aqua’s Management Team and the Business Manager to ensure smooth running of the corporate office.
The role involves key administrative and clerical skills, co-ordination, and support.

Improvement Advisor
Due to internal promotion within Aqua we are looking for an Improvement Advisor with experience in quality improvement, personalised care and safety improvement programmes. The postholder will support the delivery of a core suite of programmes using their experience, insight and understanding to help others learn and deliver improvements via a range of Aqua programmes.
You will join an enthusiastic, highly skilled and successful team and will be supported to further develop your experience and skills across quality, safety and personalised care. You will contribute to team development and positively influence improvement opportunities across all stakeholders and partnerships.
Aqua blends operational delivery in both virtual & increasingly back within face to face settings. This post supports a balance of working from home and spending agreed time together in the office. All Aqua post require extensive travel nationally which often includes overnight stays, working on site and at events with our clients & partners.
