We are pleased to announce that Dr Simon Moralee has joined us as Deputy Director of Quality Improvement and Safety.

Simon’s strategic insight and values‑led approach will be invaluable to our members and partners.”
Having held numerous roles at the University of Manchester, most recently Simon was Head of the Health Management Group, and the Strategic Lead for NHS Leadership Programmes. Simon’s work has focused on leadership and organisational development, tutoring, coaching and mentoring NHS staff through the NHS Leadership Academy’s Elizabeth Garrett Anderson programme, and contributing to various postgraduate healthcare leadership programmes for international students and professional, scientific, and technical healthcare staff.
As Deputy Director Simon will play a key role in client engagement, team leadership, and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of consultancy assignments with a specific focus on quality improvement and safety. He will be leading and empowering our internal team to deliver an ambitious portfolio of work while continuously elevating internal capabilities, knowledge, and performance.
