We are hiring a Director of People and Operations

Are you a dynamic, collaborative, and experienced senior leader with a proven track record of delivering successful transformative and innovative work within the health sector? 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our hugely experienced senior team as a Director of People and Operations. 

As a Director of People and Operations, you will have the opportunity to work alongside two experienced directors, reporting to Dr Susy Cook, our Chief Executive. Together, and in collaboration with our Board, you will lead the implementation of our three-year strategy, responding to the evolving needs of our business.

In this role, you will be responsible for fostering effective internal practices and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Your focus will be on adopting continuous approaches to enhance performance, improve colleague satisfaction and wellbeing and drive the culture for sustainable excellence within our organisation. 

You will lead a portfolio which currently includes culture and leadership, organisational development, lived experience and person-centred care. As part of this, you will possess strong facilitation skills and engage directly with customers at an expert practitioner level, advising and leading development activities and offers for UK-wide and international clients including provider Trusts, systems, partnership Boards and senior leadership teams.
