We are delighted to announce our initial offer of programmes and support for our members and customers in 2023-24, which you can find detailed in our new Directory of Offers.
Our offer includes a range of training, events and resources that are designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to help your organisation build a system and culture for continuous quality improvement.
Programmes will be delivered virtually, face to face, or through blended learning, and are specifically tailored to individuals or teams. Our new Directory of Offers will give you the programme information, who it’s for, and how you can access it, helping you choose the right programme(s) for you and your team.
Included in our offer are a number of brand-new Aqua programmes, built specifically to target the needs of our members. These include learning collaboratives on the topics of Theatre and Surgical Safety, Medicines Management, and Personalised Care, as well as a new twist on our incredibly popular Motivational Interviewing programme, designed especially for Health Coaches. We will also be offering 30 minute bookable sessions with our expert Senior Improvement Advisors with our new Improvement Coaching Clinics programme, giving you the space to discuss improvement topics of your choice.
The Directory of Offers also includes programmes that are not yet available but will be offered to our members and customers very soon. So make sure you keep an eye out on our website and social media pages for updates on these programmes.
We will also be keeping the Directory of Offers up to date throughout the year to reflect any changes and keep you informed of any new offers.
If you have any questions about our upcoming offers, don’t hesitate to get in touch: email@example.com.
