We have recently completed another very successful cohort of our Leading Integrated Teams (LIT) programme!

Delivered alongside Affina OD, Aspire and PACE, over 150 participants from a range of roles across health and care have completed the programme since 2017. Over a period of 7 months, we work with leaders on developing team effectiveness using the Affina OD tools and aim to hone their leadership style and approach.

Before and after the programme we ask all participants to complete a self-assessment, to see in which areas they feel they have improved. In our recently completed cohort, we saw an increase in all four areas of Leadership Skills and Behaviours: individual effectiveness, quality improvement, relationships and connectivity, and learning and capability building.

On average participants improved by 40% in all areas, showing the incredibly positive impact of the programme and the commitment from everyone involved.

One participant said:

“I now feel like I’m equipped with all the right tools and resources for overcoming the challenges I might face as a leader going forward”

At Aqua, Affina OD, Aspire and PACE, we aim to enable leaders and teams in health and care organisations to take stock, learn and grow. We strongly believe that those participating in the LIT programme will learn lessons that help them to deliver high quality care, by leading teams that focus on providing integrated care that is centred on the individual.
