Our PSIRF programmes are approved and quality-assured by NHS England and the East of England Collaborative Procurement Hub.

Speaking about this work, Dr Jemma Barton, Programme Manager. said:

“The Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) has been instrumental in reshaping organisational approaches when responding to patient safety incidents. By encouraging a shift towards a more system-based, compassionate mindset, it has enabled healthcare professionals to adopt a holistic view of safety events.“By emphasising psychological safety, adopting a systems perspective, and promoting compassion, PSIRF enables organisations to learn from incidents and implement meaningful changes that improve patient safety”
