We’re proud to be partnering with NHS England North West to support three new Improvement Collaboratives focused on urgent and emergency care, elective care, and adult mental health. Together, we’ll help improve care pathways across areas such as frailty prevention, advice & guidance, and reducing in-patient length of stay.

Delivered through our tried-and-tested Collaborative Model, each programme will include team coaching, action learning events, tailored sessions, and data-driven support – designed to turn insight into meaningful change. We’re excited to get started and build on our shared ambition for safer, more connected care.

“We believe these Improvement Collaboratives will bring teams together to tackle shared priorities, learn from each other, and drive real change. We look forward to working closely with NHS England to begin implementing solutions that make a real difference for patients, staff, and systems alike.”

Over the next 12 months, we will work with over 300 participants across the three collaboratives, driving improvements that will directly benefit patient outcomes and staff experience.
