The Advancing Quality Alliance (Aqua) is proud to launching the Leadership Lens, a series of virtual masterclasses designed to support senior NHS leaders with the challenges of leading in today’s complex health and care landscape.

Created in response to growing demand for practical leadership development, Leadership Lens offers short, focused sessions that help leaders sharpen their thinking, connect with peers, and lead with confidence and clarity. Each session will explore a different leadership theme, from strategic decision-making and resilience, to influence and the human side of leading change. Sessions are designed to be practical, immersive, and immediately useful, helping people apply new thinking to real-world challenges.

Dr Susy Cook, Chief Executive of Aqua shared:

“As an organisation rooted in improvement and leadership development, we’ve seen how powerful it can be when leaders have space to reflect, challenge their thinking, and grow together. Leadership Lens is our way of supporting that, creating meaningful conversations that help people lead with purpose, empathy, and impact.”

These masterclasses are designed specifically for senior leaders, Directors, and executives who are committed to growth, transformation, and impact.
