We are pleased to announce that we have recently been awarded an accreditation from the Personalised Care Institute for our Personalised Care By Design programme. The aqua programme is one of only 11 in the country that has been awarded the accreditation.
Our personalised care team have over 10 years’ experience working in personalised care, with expertise in the six key components to deliver a personalised care approach. Our bespoke programme provides the opportunity for teams to identify their own challenges in implementing personalised care and support improvement projects to improve their patients’ experience of care they commission and provide.

The Personalised Care Institute is a virtual organisation convened by the Royal College of General Practitioners on behalf of NHS England and Improvement, with support from other Royal Colleges, key professional organisations, providers and patients, and is accountable for setting standards for evidence-based training, underpinned by a robust quality assurance and accreditation framework.
The institute will support staff involved in people’s health and care to develop the skills and knowledge to implement the NHS Long Term Plan and the Comprehensive Model for Personalised Care.
