This Learning Report summarises the key findings from the second phase of a UK-wide programme to test and spread the use of the Measurement and Monitoring of Safety Framework (MMSF) developed by Charles Vincent and colleagues (Vincent et al, 2013).
This work was funded by the Health Foundation and undertaken by four Regional Improvement Bodies (RIBs), Advancing Quality Alliance (AQuA), Haelo, Healthcare Improvement Scotland, and the Yorkshire and Humber Improvement Academy, working collaboratively as members of the UK Improvement Alliance.
