This programme provides participants with the tools, skills and knowledge to oversee the successful implementation of a safety culture survey in organisations.
Participants of this programme will develop a working knowledge of safety culture theory and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) safety culture survey alongside the support that Aqua provides to enable deployment and analysis of the survey. This programme links directly to Aqua’ safety offers, including Psychological Safety, Human Factors and Improvement Practitioner programmes.
Part 1 of this programme helps participants to identify what individual and organisational commitments are required to undertake the Safety Culture Survey. These resources can be worked through in participants own time.
Part 2 of this programme is an application form for participants to complete if they would like to pursue the offer and undertake the Safety Culture Survey.
Please do not complete part 2 if:
You do not wish to implement the survey at your organisation at this time and/or
You have been asked to participate in part 1 as your organisation has already submitted an application.
This programme is ideal for anyone in an organisation that wishes to deploy the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) Safety Culture survey.
This programme runs for 90 minutes. These sessions are delivered bi-monthly and we welcome members who have already deployed the survey to attend the last hour of the session to discuss their survey results.
The programme is delivered virtually through online sessions.
