(Previously called ‘Improvement Practitioner’)
This programme has been designed to support individuals to apply QI tools, techniques and leadership to implement an improvement project.
All participants will be required to submit an application for the programme that provides evidence of completing the modular offer or equivalent alongside details of an existing quality improvement project. Individual coaching will be offered to support those who require support at this stage.
Comprising of 3 full day learning sessions, participants will also be able to access specific coaching sessions, allowing you to develop the skills required to lead and support others.
QI Evolve will provide the key elements of Quality Improvement, allowing participants to develop their understanding of its application within their own working environment.
All participants will be expected to evidence their learning and practical application of the toolkit throughout the duration of the programme.
Individuals at all levels (clinical and non-clinical) who already have basic quality improvement (QI) skills and are now looking to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours to lead improvement projects and support others in QI.
The programme will take place over a period of around 10 weeks, consisting of 3 full days and 2 x 2 hour action learning sets.
This programme will be delivered both virtually via The Hub for 2 action learning sets, and face-to-face for our 3 learning days.
