Introduction to Lean in Healthcare is designed to help participants to understand the principles of Lean and how the methodology aligns with Quality Improvement.
Lean thinking identifies the least wasteful way to provide better, safer healthcare to your patients – with no delays.*
By attending this programme, participants will be able to utilise their learning to demonstrate skills and knowledge development by planning and implementing improvements utilising basic Lean methodology and tools.
