Improvement Practitioner has been designed to support participants leading services and directorates in delivering and evidencing a local QI piece.
The programme will help develop improvement projects from start to finish; from identifying issues requiring change, planning and engaging others in the improvement process, delivering changes across complex environments and effective evaluation to embed and sustain improvements across the organisation.
In order to receive a certificate of completion participants must attend all sessions of this programme.
This programme is ideal for individuals working in health or social care – From managers and support staff to front line caregivers.
Please note – Participants must have foundation level knowledge of QI before advancing to the Improvement Practitioner programme. If you haven’t undertaken QI training before, you will be asked to complete our QI Basics e-learning.
This is a 6 month intermediate Quality Improvement (QI) programme.
The programme consists of 2 full days and 3 half days of live study sessions with e-learning and interim check in sessions.
The face-to-face sessions will run from Sale Life Centre.
This programme is delivered virtually and face-to-face.
