The recent white paper: Integration and innovation: working together to improve health and social care for all sets out a raft of changes intended to deliver the triple aim of better health for everyone, better care for all, and sustainable use of NHS resources.
Aqua has a long history of supporting systems to develop new collaborative, integrated arrangements for the commissioning and delivery of health, care and wellbeing, predominantly at a place level.
We will support our members and customers across the North West and beyond to deliver the ambitions of the white paper by developing highly bespoke, tailored programmes of support. We recognise the context of each system is unique and so, our highly skilled and experienced team will work with the system to design a programme of support that delivers the outcomes required. This support may be a single event or intervention, a series of workshops or interventions or more in depth support.
This programme is ideal for systems.
This programme has four levels of support provided, with differing durations.
Level one – 1 day of support
Level two – 1-3 days of support
Level three – up to 5 days of support
This programme will be delivered virtually through online sessions.
