This programme will support attendees to understand and apply recommended incident review tools to safety issues. It may help with alignment to PSIRF and other safety learning frameworks.
Participants will be required to undertake 2 elements as part of this programme:
Element 1 – A self-led, virtual suite of resources to ensure attendees know the tools, ensure core understanding and increase awareness of the tools.
Element 2 – A face to face event where attendees will be supported to apply the tools to case studies and attendees will participate in discussions to share learning and increase understanding
This programme is aimed at Patient Safety leads, Governance Leads, Managers and Clinicians involved in incident reviews, and staff involved in the delivery of patient safety priorities.
Both individuals and teams can attend.
Element 1 – Around 3.5 hrs using eLearning and virtual resources
Element 2 – 1 full day face to face
