Advanced Human Factors – Train the Trainer is a multi-day programme aimed at teams of 3-5 people to work together to learn the principles, knowledge and approaches needed to deliver the Introduction to Human Factors (HF) programme within their own organisations.
The team based workshops allow participants to develop an internal support network focused on the organisation’s needs. Aimed at teams with existing knowledge of Human Factors and Quality Improvement, once trained an Aqua faculty will support their delivery for the first sessions.
Please note, existing knowledge of Human Factors is desired.
This programme is ideal for mixed teams with existing knowledge of Human Factors and Quality Improvement, possibly consisting of any of the following: Team Leaders, Safety / Quality Leads, GPs, Nurses, frontline staff and non-clinical roles. We are looking for up to 5 teams of 3 people each but individual applications may be considered.
The programme will take place over 9 sessions, on the below dates:

• 10 November 2021
• 17 November 2021
• 1 December 2021
• 15 December 2021
• 13 January 2022
• 19 January 2022
• 3 February 2022
• 23 March 2022
This programme is delivered virtually through online sessions.
