Personalised Care Affiliate

Our Personalised Care Programmes which been accredited by the Personalised Care Institute continue to support health and care professionals to learn and adopt personalised care approaches.

We are looking to increase our faculty of trainers with expertise in shared decision making, self-management support and motivational interviewing, who can support the delivery of these programmes.

As an Aqua Affiliate you can expect opportunities of work to be shared with you in a timely manner including number of days, day rate for work. and delivery approach.

Programme Support Officer

As a programme support officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager and Programme Leads to deliver quality improvement courses, events and to also support the roll-out of programmes within the Safety & Mortality, Person Centred Care & Academy Portfolio. The role involves administrative and clerical support, event management and programme co-ordination and support.

This role is based with the Advancing Quality Alliance (Aqua) a membership organisation for the NHS in the North West aiming to support commissioners and providers of health to deliver high quality, cost effective services. Aqua is hosted by The Northern Care Alliance.

Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Information Analyst to work on our Analytics, Evaluation and Business Intelligence portfolio. The role offers a great opportunity to work with data in ways that can really make a difference to how care is delivered and drive improvement activities with our members, customers and internally. You’ll get to work with a team of skilled analysts and evaluators delivering a range of support for members and customers.

The post holder must be a good team player and willing to interface with numerous external stakeholders, teams across Aqua and strategic partners. The work is diverse and fast-paced, so the post holder must be adaptable, able to co-ordinate several strands of work simultaneously and deliver on time to a high standard.
